Today could have been a crappy day.  It appeared that everyone that worked in the customer service industry today was in a supremely bad mood and it was taking over my day. But I received a lovely surprise that brightened my day and it turned my focus towards all things good and the nice things that people do.  Spread some nice, it feels good on both sides.
