You do make your own fresh whipped cream, don’t you?  It is the easiest thing to do and it’s simple, heavenly goodness.  Start by chilling your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then take 1 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of sugar (or to your taste, I use less) and beat while spinning the bowl until stiff peaks form.  Enjoy!
